Tribe Austin Colton Dan Diane Elias Irene John Jonny Kei Jei Patrick: Let me explain how Tribal Council will work. In this thread you will find a set of questions. There will be questions addressed to EVERYONE, which EVERYONE MUST answer. There will also be individual questions that will be addressed to individuals. You must answer all of the questions in the EVERYONE part and then if you have any individual questions you must also answer them. All questions are to be answered here in this thread. Please feel free to speak your mind, if there is anything that you would like to say, add or comment on, please do as this may be your only time to do so. After you have answered ALL of your questions you will go into you confessional and cast your vote. To cast your vote make a new thread called "Tribal Council #9" Please just copy and past the title. Please post your vote in that thread along with a reason. Let me explain the voting procedure. Save that parchment onto your computer, and then open it in some type of paint program. Design your vote however you want. Here's an example: After you make it save it as a .jpg file and upload it onto this site: http://www.imageshack.us Post the picture in your confessional in the "Tribal Council #9" forum, also besides the picture also write who you are voting and make sure that you include a reason along with your vote! Questions for everyone: (No one has individual questions today.) Why did you choose to work on the team that you did? Do you regret picking them since you lost the challenge? Why? Why do you think that your team lost the challenge? Who do you think helped your team the least by earning the least points? What are you basing your vote on? Will this change over the next 72 hours? And do you think that the person you are voting for tonight will be voted out? Do you think that past Tribal Lines are going to have an impact on this first Tribal Council? How about the next two? Name 3 people that you think wouldn't be voted out after these 3 Tribal Councils. Why? (Don't be a baby and answer this question!!) On a scale of 1-10 how scared are you about going home in the next 72 hours? Why? Do you HONESTLY think that you will be here after these 3 Tribal Councils? YES or NO and Why? If you have anything else to say, go head and say it now. Make sure you answer ALL of your questions or you will get a self vote! Also everyone should have AT LEAST ONE confessional written for Episode #9. If not please do so before you vote. Thats it! You have 24 hours to answer your questions in this forum and vote in your confessionals. You may change your vote as many times as you would like before the deadline. Do you regret picking them since you lost the challenge? Why? I thought both the people on my team were fun guys. Back in Tigra, I got to know John, and we had a pretty fun time there. And Austin was on the same tribe as me when I was voted out, and before that happened, we did have a good time. I don't regret picking who I did because we lost. John had computer problems which is no ones fault, and we still did pretty darn good. Everyone gave it 110%. Why do you think that your team lost the challenge? Who do you think helped your team the least by earning the least points? Like I explained above, John did have computer difficulties, but I don't think anyone holds it against him. Things like that happen, and he did do his best when he actually was able to compete. What are you basing your vote on? Will this change over the next 72 hours? And do you think that the person you are voting for tonight will be voted out? I am just trying to make it by, like everyone else, but the only difference is that I don't really have to option to long-term plan. With many people voting for me just because I am the outcast, I have to focus on right now, just to get another episode. I doubt that I will be able to sway things in my favor, as the revolving door usually always gets its way. Do you think that past Tribal Lines are going to have an impact on this first Tribal Council? How about the next two? I think this first tribal council will come down to tribal lines, and people are using the "let's get the outcast" card as a decoy so they get a free TC to strengthen their numbers. I feel that after this TC, the next two will be set in stone. As one voting block votes off others, the next two TCs are gonna be even easier for that voting block. Name 3 people that you think wouldn't be voted out after these 3 Tribal Councils. Why? I really dislike this question as it calls in my incomplete observations. I was gone for an episode, and I feel I may have missed alot. But from the time I left, I saw that Jonny, Austin, and Colton worked together to vote me out. However I do believe that the others wouldn't keep Colton safe as I feel they were just using him. I feel it is likely that KJ would take his place in the safe 3. But what do I know? On a scale of 1-10 how scared are you about going home in the next 72 hours? Why? Like I said, everyone hates the outcast. I am an 11 on the scared scale and thats just for this first TC. Do you HONESTLY think that you will be here after these 3 Tribal Councils? YES or NO and Why? No, again, I think that people are too opposed to the outcast twist to accept anybody coming back. If you have anything else to say, go head and say it now. I just wanna address the outcast thing. People may say that I am undeserving since I was already voted out, but I feel this is a rash conclusion. How many times in the game of survivor has somebody lost when they could have gone all the, but they just lost that one challenge? If that person had won that one challenge, they would have very likely made it to the end and won. How often does somebody deserve to go, but they saved themselves by winning immunity? You wouldn't call that person undeserving? After all, they did win immunity. Why should that be any different from here? I was voted out for losing a challenge. Does that automatically make me undeserving to be in the game? And I did win one heck of a challenge after to make up for it. So I ask you not to immediately write my name down because I am the outcast, but that you vote how you feel is best for you. Don't let people sway your vote by playing the "lets get out the outcast" card. Also, I just wanted to clarify something. I have been asked if I received any illegal help during the outcast endurance challenge where I posted for 29 hours. I assure you that the only help I got was coffee. Pat specifically said that he would be watching for any suspicious behavior. My posts were original to me, and I swear that I did not have anyone else fill in or use a bot. If you question the legitimacy of my win, then you question Pat as a host. He watched the thread and if he had any reason to believe that I cheated, I would have been DQed. I'm not sure if this was the idle thought of one person, or a large plan to attack my integrity, but either way, I just wanted to dispel any rumors. I have never, and will never cheat in this game. Sorry for babbling on, that's all.

Do you regret picking them since you lost the challenge? Why? Well I was really nervous that I wasn't going to be placed on a team and I didn't really want to end up on one by random selection. So I kind of scrambled and found 2 people who wanted to work with me. I don't regret picking them though, and even though we came in last we did the best we could. Why do you think that your team lost the challenge? Who do you think helped your team the least by earning the least points? I think my team lost the challenge because we were all so busy doing individual tasks and we didn't do any of the together ones. I think Colton helped the least, and only because he didn't get the chance to post what he was working on for the majority of the challenge. What are you basing your vote on? Will this change over the next 72 hours? And do you think that the person you are voting for tonight will be voted out? I am basing my vote on making it past these 3 quick rounds of tribals. I'm also trying to look into the future so at the same time I don't mess things up for myself down the line. I don't think this strategy will change. And the person I'm voting out might go home, but there's no guarantee. Do you think that past Tribal Lines are going to have an impact on this first Tribal Council? How about the next two? Of course. The people that you have been on a tribe with are the people you are going to connect with the most. I would be shocked if tribal lines didn't play a role. YES or NO and Why? I'd like to think so. Right now, I haven't heard anything negative about me. So I'm going to say yes. But I'm probly making a complete fool of myself and everyone will vote me out first and I just don't know it. HAHA!

There are others very good at challenges too, but it'd be very awkward to approach someone that you have rarely talked to to do a challenge with. I don't regret picking them, I wouldn't regret choosing a team with anyone. Regret is a waste of time and a wasted emotion. Why do you think that your team lost the challenge? Who do you think helped your team the least by earning the least points? Because we didn't have challenge juggernauts like Toni or Ben on our tribe? Nothing comes to mind other than that. I think we worked pretty well together. I can't even pin point who worked the least. Even if I tried to go look in our section to add up individual points, I don't have access to that board because it's not working. What are you basing your vote on? Will this change over the next 72 hours? And do you think that the person you are voting for tonight will be voted out? I am basing my vote on what the new tribe thinks is best. Plus, I honestly do not like outcast twists. The people in the game have to endure challenges and face voting people off. The people that have been voted off just merely sit there with nothing to do. Once it's time for one of them to come back they have enough will power to compete in the challenges given to them. Then when they come back it's not really fair to those who have been in the game and survived each tribal council. If I were voted out and came back due to an outcast twist, I would expect to be voted out. Although I wouldn't waste my time competing in the challenges to come back. As far as this person going home, you never know... Do you think that past Tribal Lines are going to have an impact on this first Tribal Council? How about the next two? It's hard to say there are even tribal lines. We all have been switched up into new tribes practically every 2 to 3 challenges. No matter how anyone votes its going to look like it's based on past tribal lines. Name 3 people that you think wouldn't be voted out after these 3 Tribal Councils. Why? (Don't be a baby and answer this question!!) Irene, Diane and Austin. They are very well liked and I think people would like to see them around more. On a scale of 1-10 how scared are you about going home in the next 72 hours? Why? I think 7. This is Survivor, you can never assume you're safe. The second you assume you're safe you're going home. Every time I have to cast a vote, I feel that votes will be cast against me. Do you HONESTLY think that you will be here after these 3 Tribal Councils? YES or NO and Why? I would hope so. I feel that I am a good asset to a team and will be helpful in this new tribe. If you have anything else to say, go head and say it now. Yeah, Elias, I read through your answers and I feel there are some inconsistencies in your answers. You stated at the very end of your answers this statement; I'm not sure if this was the idle thought of one person, or a large plan to attack my integrity, but either way, I just wanted to dispel any rumors. I have never, and will never cheat in this game. It's been brought to my attention that you have attempted to cheat or have been looked at as a cheater. During the first challenge, you set up a bot that continuously posted in the Barranco camp all night long. This is why speculation of you using a bot in your 29 hr long posting challenge has surfaced. There's no way in denying the bot that you used in the first challenge because Debbie and Toni told us that you were using a bot. Then for another challenge, the same one where Charles got the boot, you had been giving answers to Araxi to help them win, because you didn't want Barranco to win a challenge. Charles was scapegoated for that and got sent home. Below is a direct copy of what Debbie had said to me in Episode 6. Debbie: i was very pissed off when eli fed araxi answers in that word scramble challenge Debbie: i was like, ive just done that all by myself now and uve given the answer away jonnymankin: Eli did? Everyone said it was charles Debbie: well apparently Eli and araxi were feeding eachother answers So I am not exactly sure what part in your last statements holds true facts? The person (who is no longer in this game) told me it was my decision because I was the one doing the work, BUT this particular person wanted me to tell Elias the answers. I opted not to, though, because I feared that we were not in first place, and as we all saw, that was exactly the case. We came in second, so had I shared my answers, I would've risked our tribe going to tribal council, and even further, me being voted out of this game. Charles, gtfo of our Tribal Council.

The thing that I definitely know is that I DON"T REGRET anything in life, because I just don't regret anything at all. Why do you think that your team lost the challenge? Who do you think helped your team the least by earning the least points? ~ I think our team lost the challenge, because we we're all doing different challenges, & therefore we just didn't work fast enough. I think I helped my team the least in earning points, startin late from overheating (dehydration) I started to get ill, but the fact when I was just postin it, I got denied, didn't help me, but I assume the least helping member. What are you basing your vote on? Will this change over the next 72 hours? And do you think that the person you are voting for tonight will be voted out? ~I'm basing my vote solely on who I find as a threat & who I don't know that well to keep. No, I'm pretty much set on all of my votes in the game. I am almost certain the person I vote out tonight will be voted out tonight. How about the next two? ~Yea, I think that past Tribal Lines are still visible & will continue to have an impact at this TC.
